Shane Black
Managing Director & Chief Travel Adviser
Shane is the founder & managing director of S.W. Black Travel. He has travelled extensively and is never too far away from his next trip.
His extensive knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional travel experiences have established S.W. Black Travel as a premier travel agency.
Shane’s vision is to create unforgettable journeys for clients, combining personalised service with expert insights into the world’s most captivating destinations.
Outside of work, Shane is a husband, father, and terrible golfer. He is also a football (soccer) fan and is a supporter of Manchester United and a founding member of the Macarthur Bulls.
Shane is a CLIA Master Cruise Consultant and holds a Certificate III in Travel, is a Certified Luxury Travel Specialist, a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters of Financial Planning, a Masters of Applied Finance, and several other business qualifications.
Jam Delos Santos
Executive Assistant to S.W. Black
Jam is the organised force behind the scenes at S.W. Black Travel. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, she supports the day-to-day operations of the business and helps keep everything running smoothly.
She is often the first to respond to client emails and plays a key role in managing the logistical aspects of bookings, from documentation and confirmations to coordination with suppliers. If you need assistance with the details of your trip, Jam is always ready to help.
Her attention to detail and proactive approach ensure our clients receive seamless support every step of the way.
Jaycee Sarinas
Reservations Manager
Jaycee is our Reservations Manager and the technical expert behind your bookings.
He manages all cruise reservations and is an absolute wizard when it comes to airfares. From complex international routings to securing the best possible flight options, Jaycee ensures every air and cruise component is accurately booked and perfectly aligned.
His deep knowledge of airline systems and cruise platforms, combined with a methodical and detail-driven approach, means our clients can travel with confidence knowing everything has been carefully handled behind the scenes.
